We are starting to see systems recover. Image are working now however our webservers have residual effects of the outage. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update you when we know more.

Update
Amazon AWS is still experiencing an outage and we are tracking its resolution. We are aware of the following impacts to the platform:

Label Insight: Application will fail to load for new users and some existing users. Images will fail to load.
SmartLabel: Some pages will fail to load, and all images will fail to load
Enterprise API: Links to images will fail to load

We are currently experiencing issues with all our services caused by underlying AWS issues.
