The Label Insight platform (Onboard, Verify, Explore) will be upgraded to a new user administration and identity management solution that will provide our customers with a more fully supported authentication framework. This maintenance will not impact the Enterprise APIs or SmartLabel Landing pages. During the maintenance period, new users will be unable to register for the Label Insight platform. We will notify you when the migration is complete and you will simply need to enter a new password prior to logging in.
